A unique class to discover movement qualities and find your dance! We play with exercises to make the body stronger, more flexible, inspired, relaxed and ready. Ready to find your groove to move. Allow the body to be soft and active at the same time. Where is the pleasure in the movement? How to find a flow in movement?

DANCE LAB includes Yoga, Improvisation, release exercises and more somatic practice for the body and mind. This class is for all levels of experience and can be adapted to your needs.

Francesca Lindén

Coming from a small village at the bottom of the Swiss Alps, Francesca founded DANCE LAB 2018 with the purpose to make people dance without doubts.

Francesca has been teaching dance and movement for the past 25 years. Her background in Contemporary Dance and Yoga, plus a constant research in finding own patterns of movement, make her teaching fun and authentic.
